Warranties

The warranty period for our products is 90 days, starting from the date of receipt of the order. After this period, we will not accept claims for any reason. Any warranty claims after the item has been used will be reviewed by our Customer Service department, and a response will be provided as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. The time it takes for your refund to process may vary depending on the payment method used.

Credit Card:
Our bank will process the refund within seven (7) business days after you receive the confirmation email. The time it takes for the credit to reflect in your account depends on your credit card issuer.
